Task 5 Festivals around the Globe
Please buy the material on Conditionals and Reading Assignment "The Life of Certain Pacific Islanders"
The next task is about Festivals around the Globe.
1. Make groups of 5 members each.
2. teacher will assign continent
3. choose one country (from the continent you were assigned), select a department or province of that country, a specific town or county.
4. choose a specific festival celebrated in that town or county.
5. find out everything related to that festival such as the history, reasons, or any other important imformation.
6. prepare a presentation in which you will be the embassador to that festival.
7. cook a dish (food: any kind of dish particular to that festival) and prepare portions as sample for five people.
8. bring the dish you prepared on the day of your presentation.
9. presentations will take place on Thursday, October 20, 2011.

This task will present the different services available to student inside the campus

2. UES Office of Admissions - - New Enrollment
3. The New Computer Room at the Language Department
4. Student Affairs
5. UES Radio
6. Community Outreach Office at the Language Department.
Presentations will take place on Thursday, Octuber 13, 2011.
